hari ni isnin n first day on production for this week . arini agak teruk sebab banyak masalah timbul . tp dah di kata kn kerja, klu xda masalah means xda bnda baru lah kita blaja . actually problem make ours become matured and strong in the future . hehehe... dah mcm ayat Fal-sampah...hahaha....

arini aq agak rush sbb result lab test lambat kluar...manager dah ready nak buat actual operation in processing plant...manager kol je, aq dah cuak...sebab time dia kol tu just skit lagi nk dpt figure...aq just tinggal 5 sample je kn kira tuk get the result...manager pon tnya..Aizat, how the result ?? aq pon jwb..skit lagi bos...give me 10 mnt to setle the calculation...manager pon ckp...nevermind...you kira sume dlu...saya nk buat test hari selasa pkul 10 pagi...aq dengan gembiranya...ok boss...sok saya prepare sume data and graph that u requested...setle 1 masalh...

then, masalah barang nk kluar...customer request product that has less black particle(carbon)...terpaksa run extra test yg sebelum ni blum penah buat...pas sume dah setle check...tetiba problem raise, sample yang di test tu product dia dah kluar...jenuh nak check lagi 7 tan missing...terpaksa amik sample baru and re-test again for new products...patutnya QC yang check sbb aq dah ajar...tapi QC plak blh pegi rehat plak time2 genting barang nk kluar...hahaha....balik lewat aq arini...hahaha

dlm masa yang sama delivery tuk paint customer esok, tapi product dia blum buat lagi...planning arini nk buat clearance 5S...lagipun mmg x blh nk run production due to shortage of fuel...tp marketing desak tuk process gak sbb depa dah janji dgn customer...time ni la amoi marketing buat2 suara manja call aq...aizat, yane here . tommorow we need to deliver product for paint customer and i informed that plant cannot be run to produce the product...aq pon bgtau...actually plant blh jalan(tergoda aq dgn suara manja dia...hahaha...trus aq ckp blh jalan...hahahaha), break down setle already but we dont have enough fuel to run the production...if we struggle to run production, operation cost will be higher...and we also short of fuel...amoi tu pun tnya lagi...wah, break down setle already meh...u r good (puji ada makna...haha...padahal bkn aq yg repair pon...contractor luar yg setle kn...hahah)...so now what the problem ? aq pon jwb...kita xda minyak nk jalan production...amoi tu minx opinion dr aq...so macam mana saya nk ckp dgn customer er ? can u speak to the customer for me ? i dunno how to explain to them . if u, what will you tell to them ? dia plak tnya aq mcm mn nak deal dgn customer...hahaha...aq ckp eh u jgn tanya saya meh...u kn tanya manager...nnt klu sy tersalah ckp, manager will kick my ass...hahaha...amoi tu pon gelak2...hahahaaha

amoi tu manja2 la sbb takut barang yg dia jnji tak blh kluar...haha...pandi btul dia menggoda...ahahah...nak tak nak...plant kn jln jugak...aq bgtau manager and manager insist to run production...if fuel totally out and plant need to stop...then we stop and continue with 5s...operation cost will be higher a bit but we dont have any option...so aq ckp...orait, then setle...start to warm up the plant...hahaha

Bila mau kawen ?

Arini aq pergi Tesco usha barang2 keperluan umah...maklum lar dah ujung2 bulan ni banyak barang yang dah abis diguna pakai...

Time aq kat tesco xda lar lama sgt sbb org bujang bkn byk sgt barang yang diguna pakai...hahaha...
Dalam sejam aq kat pusing2 dalam tesco tu...ada lar 5 item barang yg aq bli...

1) 4 biji tabung gas tuk berasapkn dapur mini aq...hehehe
2) Nestle nesvita 3 in 1 original...tuk breakfast hari2 before pg keje...hhuhu
3) 2 packs maggi segera...cepat dimasak sedap di makan...hohoho...
4) Toilet cleaner berjenama tesco...murah skit dari harpic...hahaha
5) Terbeli plak baju V- neck and seluar hawaii...Oppss terbeli sudah...=D

Total sume barang aq beli td kurang dr RM 70...hahaha...ujung2 bulan ni budget makin kurang...hehehe

Odw je blk umah tetiba rasa nk makan burger...aq pon singgah lar KFC beli zinger + cheezy + milo ice...

Smpi je umah aq melantak smbil layan cite industan title dia price...cite dia tu best gak r...tp malang lepas makan td aq terus terlelap...kekenyangan...hahahahahaha =D

Dlm 10.30 mlm aq terjaga...ingat kn dah pg tuk pg keje...alih2 baru pukul 10.30....bangun2 je aq pun amik angin luar jap sambil minum air milo yang belum sempat abis tadi...dalam masa yg sama tetiba jiran aq balik...x tau la dari mana...aq pun x sempat tanya...tengah2 amik angin sambil minum air milo atas moto...jiran aq menegur...awat makan kat luar ?... aq pon tetiba rasa pelik...mana ada eden makan kat luar..eden just amik angin jr kat luar sambil minum air milo...hahahahaha....pastu jiran aq tanya lagi...kete saga lama ni brapa D/P dia ?...aq pon cakap time eden beli aritu xda D/P...kete saga lama...saga FL pun ada 0 D/P...kete lama mcm eden ni lagi lar xpayah nk byr D/P...hahaha...padahal eden xda budget tuk D/P...hheheheee...
Soklan last ni yg buat a terkejut...bila nak kawen ?...terkedu aq bila dia tnya soklan cepu mas mcm tu...hahah...aq pon jawap...eden rancang tahun depan...tp x sure lg...xpe jgn risau...klu eden kawen t eden x lupa kat jiran2...nnt eden pos kad kawen w/pun umah sebelah je...hahahaha....
then, angin luar pun dah amik, milo ais pon dah abis...kami pun masuk umah masing2 n kunci...hahahahaaha

Some Working experince to Share

Pejam celik,,,pejam celik dah dekat 2 bulan aq x update ruangan ini.
padahal rs mcm baru je update dgn mengatakan "ruangan ini akan bernyawa semula"
hehehe

Bila dah bekerja ni, hari berlalu pon x perasan. Gaji ujung bulan tetap kering.
hahaha

kali ini just nk story skit pengalaman bekerja yg aq dah tempuhi

1.Pekerjaan yg pertama kita tak boleh nak memilih sgt sbb kita still a fresh dlm dunia kerjaya ni. Lagipun skang ni bukan senang nk dpat keje. So sebat je dulu keje apa yg d offer.

2. Kemudian paham kn betul2 isi offer letter dari company. Klu company state confirmation period around 6 month. So kita kn chase company about that coz company ni bukan ingat sgt, al-maklum la worker melambak. So kita sndri kn chase for the confirmation kerana after confirm, our salary also increase..

heh..heh..heh (dgn nada yg agak jahat)

3. Dalam kita bekerja mencari ilmu dan pengalaman, kita juga mesti apply keje baru. klu kita dapat keje baru dgn offer yg baru (selalunya offer akan lebih baik dr current job). Kita hantar surat resign. Klu company perlukn kita dia akan counter offer new job offered. Klu company rs kita x penting so kita join r company baru. Dekat sini kita boleh demand . klu demand kita company accept, means we work well n required more from us.

4. Dalam bekeerja ni, klu bos bg arahan kita x boleh kata "cannot" unless kita dah try what they are asked. Sbb dlm bekerja ni cakap2 kosong xda value, so we need to give some figure and facts on something that we do.

Example:
Boss: Blogger boyz u need to run some testing for ceramic requirement on market to sold our product.
Aq : Ok boss, what test that i need to do and what the standard requirement for that industries?
Boss : i will email to u later
Aq : Orait boss

r based on dialog kat atas tu, mcm tu r jwpan yg perlu korank jwb. x boleh r nak ckp "cannot r boss because i dont no how to run the test and i dont no the std requirement". from that ur boss will think that u r "excuses" person. papehal pon kita buat dlu then dpt result klu x match dgn std pon xpa, yg penting kita ada figure about what we r doing.

5. We need to know everything happen on the office and site(plant) . So during meeting when boss ask for something and u will know how to answer

Example
Boss : What stock we have in warehouse
Aq : We only have products for paint and ceramic customer, adhesive and paper need to produce on the next schedule.

6. Sometime we do a mistake, so just admit it n stay silence when we got scolded. Our boss just give us some guide actually to know what is going on based on our mistake. And from that we learn something new. Nothing in this world is free, when we want something, we need to give something.

7. During meeting if we have ideas we can show off the ideas. and dont afraid if we r wrong. Basically they all not think that ur ideas is annoying coz at least u now what they all meeting about and ur ideas is related to the agenda. Noemally they all is open mind to accept new/fresh ideas from fresh graduate people.

8. Before meeting, we need to prepare everything, so kita xda r kelam kabut dlm meeting. actually meeting is done for
a. Update job status (work progress)
b. To take preventive action
c. To solve problem
d. To review customer complaint
e. To improve process line
f. To archive production target
g. To review safety awareness around working area
h. dan yg sama waktu dgn nya....hahahaha

rite now im at my office and doin nothing...for information, in xmas ney foreign customer ramai yg celebrate and delivery and sales cannot run smooth like others days. so when there no delivery, so production need to stop and workers diberi force leave...(paksa cuti...hahaha)...tp yg dpt ct 2 operator jew...aq still kn keje...tp xda keje nak buat pon sbb plant not operating...so dlm ms yg terluang ney and gaji pon jalan mcm biase, aq amik kesempatan nak cerita ape yg berlaku kat aq selama aq x update blog ney...

dari mana nak start er...huhuu...
antara event2 bsar yg aq ingat ialah...

aq g kusus kat lumut seminggu and then p lost world tambun...lost world skag upgrade skit r sbb dye pnye hot spring dye create like volcano...n da jacuzzi at the top...also hv spa...r pas g tambun aq g mess dinner kat lumut jugak...kn bwk partner...so aq bwk r mmber yg free and willing to follow... dinner 2 ok lar....xda r bes sgt pon...tp ney r 1st dinner aq mkan mkanan yg dye serve licin...hahahaha...b4 ney sure x abis sbb x smpat nak mkan...

pastu aq pnah dmam n dmasukn ke wad ICU....ms 2 aq dah lemah sgt...so ambulans dtg aq buat xtau jew....ambulans tu bwk mcm pelesit gawk r...tp aq lyn jew...bdn lemah..pale sakit...haha...tp yg klakarnye time ambulans angkat aq 2....aq pki boxer jew...so smpi hospital pon aq still wearing boxer....pastu pe lg....sejuk tahap gabanz r...air-con hospital dah r sejuk...al maklum r HP dye tggi....ble dah sejuk 2...1 bdn aq mggigil....dah doktor syak denggi plak....pastu dye amik darah and g buat test....tgk result darah aq normal jew...mcm xda sakit....mcm aq buat2 sakit....hahahha....tp time 2 aq mmg xda pape pn...tp da org p cll ambulans and anta aq p hospital sape suruh....hahaha....se ingat aq ambukans angkat aq dlm pkul 1pm...and aq kembali sihat kul 5pm...hahaha...kejap jew msuk ICU....pastu dlm kul 2 am aq shoot p penang plak....hahahhaa...

once smpi penang...sume kcoh...aq msuk ICU...x blh blah bdk2 ney...hahaha...tp aq p penang pon sbb da fmily day kat sg petani. kat sane kami celebrate family day kat water park...permainan dye xda r byk..da r 2 - 3 jenis permainan...tp boomerang dye pling power...kalah bukit merah...hahhhaha....sape naek aq sure akan pk 2 kali tuk naek next trip....hahahaha

pastu aq p reunion skolah rendah kat Prescott hotel kajang....invitation just malalui fb jew....hahaha...mle2 nak g segan...al maklum r da dkt 8 thn x jmpe...tp aq layan gawk p sane...pegi2 jew tgk majoriti ladis sume dah kawen n guys half - half r...half da kawen n half still single...hahahahha...including me...hahahaha...2 mggu pas reunion da sorang lg ladis kawen...kawen dgn mmber aq time skolah mnengah...hahaha..mcm x caya jew...tp dah jodoh kn...hahaha...time knduri 2 kire mcm reunion kami yg kedua r...hahaha...pas knduri pengantin bz dlm blik...so xkn km x phm kn...so km pon blah r awal2...hahahaa.....km planing p men bowling...tp yg p sume status single...available or not 2 x sure r kn...tp yg sure sume single...not married yet...hahaha....yg married2 sume da yg nak ikut....tp nak buat cmne....berbelah bagi...samada have fun dgn kawan @ family kat umah...hahahaha...so km ckp...xpe r ....family 1st maaa.....so dr ramai2 2 km ber-5 jew yg p have fun togeder2,,,hahahaha...siap plan nak g sunway lagoon 2 tuk next hang out....hahaha...tp mamat sorang ney ckp...len kali ajak yg single2 jew....hahahaha...at least blh gak msuk jarum...pndi pale mamat 2...hahahahahahahah....
